Session: An Easy Access Social Media Marketing Method for Japanese Enterprise
Users of Social Media, as typified by Twitter, have rapidly increased for several years. This has gradually led Japanese enterprises to consider how to address and use Social Media. However as many case studies from the U.S.A. and Europe have demonstrated, the very different cultures of business and social media make it difficult for businesses to implement successfully.
In this session, Gosuke will introduce Social Media Centers of Excellence (SMCOE), developed by Microsoft for Japanese businesses, and also contrast local and international social media culture. In addition he will cover making use of Social Media for business strategy, performance measurement, and how to create a social media plan to achieve concrete results.
