Session: Optimizing Your Digital Strategy
Marketing is in the process of dramatic change. Marketers everywhere are developing different websites, mobile sites, blog postings, iPhone/iPad apps, etc. because everyone is trying to connect everywhere with customers. The end result is that different marketing campaigns and initiatives develop but many times they are completely disconnected from campaigns and initiatives that already exist. The result is lost opportunity, brand confusion and higher costs than necessary if there was just more time to develop a digital strategy.
Arlene will discuss different aspects of developing your strategy, coordinating your digital assets, and developing metrics, as well as using social media and CRM to optimize your digital strategy. Arlene’s experience offers a unique perspective on developing and optimizing your digital strategy which you can take away and translate into practice.
